Zachary Snow

Zachary Snow has been General Counsel of Primus Guaranty Ltd.
since May 2002.
Prior to joining Primus Guaranty, Mr. Snow served for 3 years as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Bridge Information Systems, Inc. In 2001, he was named Co-Chief Executive Officer at Bridge Information Systems.
He served as Interim President and Chief Executive Officer of various subsidiaries for Bridge Information Systems.
From 1979 to 1999, Mr. Snow served for 19 years in the Legal Department of Salomon Brothers, Inc. and its successor, Salomon Smith Barney, Inc., becoming a Managing Director in 1990 and Head of the United States Legal Department in 1993.
At Salomon, he served as Chairman of the Fixed Income Committee of the National Association of Securities Dealers Regulation, Inc. and the Derivative Products Committee of the Securities Industry Association.
Mr. Snow has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors for Corlears School and the Battery Dance Company.
He received a BA from Princeton University and a JD from the Harvard Law School.
