He was also the Chief Executive Officer at Duchesnay USA, Inc. from 2011 to 2014 and the Chief Operating Officer & Executive Vice President at Biovail Corp.

Mr. Godin holds an MBA from Concordia University and John Molson School of Business, and an undergraduate degree from the University of Sherbrooke.

Edward Godin is the founder of Continental Precious Minerals, Inc. which was founded in 1987.
He held the titles of President, CEO, Secretary & Director from 2011 to 2012.
He also held the position of President & Chief Executive Officer at Ekwan-X, Inc. He was the Chairman at BE Resources, Inc. from 2010 to 2016.
Additionally, he was a Director at Noble Mineral Exploration, Inc. and 8716650 Canada Ltd.

Mr. Godin joined GrowthWorks in 2008, upon their acquisition ENSIS.
He has a Bachelors of Commerce degree with a double major in marketing and finance from the Asper School at the University of Manitoba.

Previously, she held positions as Senior Vice President-Retail Lending at The Bank of Nova Scotia, Chief Credit Officer & Senior Vice President at Regions Financial Corp., and Chief Consumer Credit Officer & Executive VP at KeyBank, NA (Cleveland, Ohio).
She received her undergraduate and MBA degrees from the University of Western Ontario.
