Momenteel bekleedt Kevin Kluge de functie van Voorzitter van het Corrections Officer Retirement Plan en Senior Vice President-Engineering van Elastic NV. Hij is afgestudeerd en heeft een bachelorgraad behaald aan de Stanford University.

Norbert Kluge is currently the Director-IMU Study at Hans Böckler Foundation since 2019.
He is also a Trustee at the European Trade Union Confederation and a Member of the European Economic & Social Committee since 2016.
Previously, he served as the Managing Director at Hans Böckler Stiftung (Research Firm) from 2013 to 2021.
He was also a Member of the Supervisory Board at thyssenkrupp AG.
Prior to that, he held the position of Head-Research at the European Trade Union Institute from 2002 to 2010 and at the Max Planck Institute for The Study of Societies from 1996 to 1998.

Mathias Kluge currently works at Becker Marine Systems GmbH, as Design Director.
