Beverly Chongasing

Beverly Chongasing is Vice President of Human Resources for Innovative Communication Corp.
Prior to joining Innovative Communication as Manager of Human Resources in 1987, she worked at the Peoples Bank of the Virgin Islands from 1971 to 1975.
Ms. Chongasing is a Member of the St. Thomas-St John District Governing Board for Hospitals and Health Facilities and the Catholic Diocese in the Virgin Islands.
She is a Director the Rotary Club Foundation.
She co-founded the Virgin Islands Human Resources Management Association and served as President.
Ms. Chongasing was appointed as General Manager of Vitel Cellular in 1998 and Corporate Vice President of Human Resources for ICC.
She was appointed as Director of Human Resources for Innovative Telephone in 1992.
Ms. Chongasing was Treasurer of the District Board and Secretary for the Territorial Hospital and Health Facilities Governing Board.
She was Manager of Island Finance Corp and joined the Virgin Islands' Department of Health as Territorial Fiscal Officer in 1978.
Ms. Chongasing was President of the Rotary Club of St. Thomas and the Friends of Volunteers in Public Schools.
She was a Director the Virgin Islands Resource Center for the Disabled and Beacon Schools of the Virgin Islands.
Ms. Chongasing worked at Virgin Islands Telephone Corp.
She has management experience in banking and finance, public service, and human resources.
Ms. Chongasing received a BS degree in Finance from Rider College in Lawrenceville, NJ and an MBA from the University of the Virgin Islands.
