Bruce Alexander

Bruce Alexander has been a Director of Super Micro Computer, Inc. since August 2006.
Since April 2006, Mr. Alexander has been an Independent Financial Consultant.
He was a Managing Director of Needham & Company from April 1999 to April 2006 and President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Black & Company from 1997 to 1999.
Mr. Alexander was a Sloan Fellow of the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
He received an MS degree in Management from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BA from Duke University.
