LIM applies robust, scalable and repeatable investment process. The firm ensures that appropriate and prudent levels of risk are taken to meet the investment objective and policy of their funds. They have seven fund teams: four that invest in UK, European, Asian and Global equities, a Global Fixed Income team, a Sustainable Investment team and one team that manages Multi-Asset portfolios. LIM evaluates equities by global industry sector, aiming to identify global sectors with attractive growth opportunities. They then follow a bottom-up process to select companies in those sectors, regardless of where they are based.
