Prior to joining Madison Marquette in 2002, Mr. Mottola was a partner specializing in real estate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett for over 20 years, where he represented numerous financial institutions, joint ventures, and real estate companies in equity and debt financings, real estate development, acquisitions, and sales, both in the United States and abroad.
During this time, he also served as an outside advisor to Madison Marquette at its formation and in connection with all of its strategic activities.
Mr. Mottola received his undergraduate degree from Harvard College and a JD from the University of California at Berkeley.
