Helena is an investment and partnerships development expert for Private Equity funds and SPACs who has worked with portfolio companies and investors across USA, Asia, Europe and the Middle East.
She has advised growth stage companies in USA, China, Switzerland and Austria on financial and global expansion strategies, and led multi-continental SPAC mergers and fundraising for electric vehicles, medicare systems, and solar energy companies with cutting-edge technologies and next-generation visions.
Prior to joining NCL, Helena was the Vice President of the USA and international offices of China Bridge Capital, a Beijing-based global Private Equity firm, and Senior Advisor at Freedom Acquisition Corp., a high-profile SPAC led by Tidjane Thiam.
She hopes to continue dedicating her career to supporting visionary entrepreneurs around the world.
