Johns Creek Partners (JCP) focuses on the acquisition and management of existing small to medium-sized manufacturing and service companies that are located in the continental US. The firm is particularly interested in manufacturing and service companies in the following areas: healthcare, wellness, new media and other growing or relatively stable industries. They seek to invest in companies with products or services that provide significant value-added to customers. JCP targets the acquisition of companies with transaction sizes of $5 million to $30 million. They invest in companies with revenues of $5 million to $30 million, EBITDA of $1million to $6 million and EBITDA margins of at least 15%. In addition, companies should have strong balance sheets with low debt. JCP looks for market-leading companies with strong growth potential, recurring revenues, diverse customer bases with high retention rates and a history of stable, profitable operations. Companies must have at least 5 years or profitable operations and a strong reputation within their industry. JCP's objective is to partner with existing companies by offering liquidity and providing growth capital infusions ensure continuity and long-term growth. The firm purchases companies at fair market value. They do not invest in distressed situations, start-ups or companies that have not yet attained profitability.
