Kell Byron Benson

Mr. Kell B. Benson, CPA, is Vice Chairman at Fletcher Asset Management, Inc. Prior to joining FAM in April 1996, Mr. Benson, held a variety of financial positions at Zenith Electronics Corporation (a $1.5 billion manufacturer of electronic products), most recently Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer when Zenith became the first company to enter into one of FAM's private equity transactions more than eight years ago.
Mr. Benson received his M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and his B.A. in Economics with High Honors from Denison University.
Mr. Benson is a Certified Public Accountant and a veteran of the United States Army.
