Ampersand Management invests in companies located in North America, Europe and APAC with an EBITDA of USD 2 - 40 million and revenues of USD 10 - 200 million. The firm targets companies operating in the fields of contract manufacturing, pharma services, specialty products, laboratory products and laboratory services. It participates in MBOs, corporate divestitures, recapitalization and growth stage capital requirements with an investment size of USD 10 - 200 million. The firm acquires majority and minority interests.
