LU Guowen

Guowen Lu is a Director of CITIC Capital Real Estate Group responsible for fund products development & fund raising management.
Ms. Lu has extensive work experience covering law, trust, securities, and private equity.
Prior to joining CITIC Capital, Ms. Lu was the Deputy Director of Zhejiang Province Region, Financial Planning Department of Sinolink Securities Co., Ltd. Previously, she was with LuJiaZui International Trust Corporation Ltd and Founder BEA Trust Co., Ltd as their Senior Trust Manager and Noah Holdings Ltd as the General Manager of Legal Department.
Ms. Lu received her Master’s degree of Law from East China University of Political Science and Law, and a Bachelor’s degree of Finance from Hubei University of Technology.
She holds a Certificate of Legal Professional Qualification of the People’s Republic of China.
