Maanav brings over a decade of experience as an operational and product leader to Shadow Ventures where he will be leading Shadow Advisory.
Shadow Advisory works closely with leading organizations to help them keep a pulse on the latest innovations, the most promising emerging startups, and new opportunities and investments.
Prior to joining Shadow Ventures, Maanav served as the Executive Vice President, Portfolio at SightPlan after it acquired InfoTycoon where he was the Chief Operating Officer.
At InfoTycoon, he focused on implementing operational efficiencies and a strong product focus that allowed the company to continue operating through the pandemic and successfully led the organization to an exit.
Maanav has worked across multiple industries at leading organizations.
He was responsible for overseeing multiple development teams at FinTech leader Paya.
He implemented an early PMO at Quicken Loans, and served as Vice President of Products at SoftWear Automation where he was able to implement strong processes and procedures that allowed the company to go through rapid growth and deliver complex solutions to customers.
