He previously worked as Director-Product Management at Level 3 Parent LLC in 2005, Engineering Director & Chief Network Architect at NTT Global Networks, Inc. in 2004, Vice President-Operations & Customer Support at Avistar Communications Corp.
from 2007 to 2013, Vice President-Threat & Response Products at Proofpoint, Inc. from 2014 to 2018, and Head-Product Management, Engineering & Operations at Vidder, Inc. Mr. Horn received an undergraduate degree from George Mason University and an MBA degree from the University of Denver.
