Monette Stephens

Ms. Stephens is a founding member of Atlas Consulting, LLC which develops early-stage high technology companies.
Her focus is on market and technical strategy, development and commercialization of technology, and funding.
Working as a organizational and technical lead, she builds development teams and evaluates software and systems for investment, litigation, acquisition, and efficiency.
Her varied experience spans fault-tolerant and reliable distributed systems, network infrastructure software, real-time embedded systems, and tools and applications for the Internet.
She managed software development at Software.com, ran technology at WebInsight and was a consultant with Sandpiper Networks and Ericsson.
She has also been an adjunct faculty member at from the University of California, at Santa Barbara where she lectures on operating systems, data structures and algorithms, programming languages and numerical methods.
Ms. Stephens currently serves on several advisory boards and is part of the executive team for Incremental Images.
