Ping Sum Lau

Ping Sum Lau is currently an Adjunct Professor at The Singapore University of Social Sciences.
He is also a Member of the Singapore Institute of Directors since 2005.
In the past, Mr. Lau served as the Non-Executive Chairman of H2G Green Ltd. from 2019 to 2023.
He was an Independent Non-Executive Director at Nera Telecommunications Ltd. from 1999 to 2013.
He also held the position of Director at Ang Mo Kio Thye Hwa Kuan Community Hospital from 1993 to 1999.
Additionally, he was the Executive Director of PAP Community Foundation and People's Action Party from 2001 to 2013.
Mr. Lau served as an Independent Non-Executive Director at Sunpower Group Ltd. from 2005 to 2024 and at Huan Hsin Holdings Ltd. from 1997 to 2020.
He was also an Independent Non-Executive Director at Cortina Holdings Ltd. from 2002 to 2024.
Furthermore, he was the General Manager of NTUC Link Pte Ltd. in 2000.
Mr. Lau obtained his undergraduate degree from The Australian National University.
