Saket Trivedi

Saket is the Partner in charge of our Energy platform.
He joined Cube IM in March 2020.
Saket has 19 years of infrastructure M&A and industry experience.
He was previously a Managing Director at Evercore, the leading global independent investment bank, where he spent 12 years advising clients on transactions across a number of sectors including thermal and renewable power generation, regulated and unregulated utilities, energy services and infrastructure.
Notable transactions at Evercore included advising, inter alia, China General Nuclear on the acquisition of 650MW Markbygden wind farm and Gaelectric's 228MW operational onshore wind portfolio, Scottish Equity Partners on the sale of Indigo Pipelines, Alinda Capital Partners on the take private and subsequent sale of Energy Assets Limited, Hudson Clean Energy Partners on the sale of Element Power and 500MW Greenlink Interconnector project, JPMorgan Asset Management on the sale of North Hoyle (offshore) and Slieve Divena (onshore) wind farms, NIBC Infrastructure Fund on the sale of its portfolio of 13 assets, Macquarie on the acquisition of National Grid’s unregulated meters business, Hermes GPE on acquisition of 144MW Fallago Rig wind farm and acquisition and financing of the 2,000MW Eggborough power plant.
Prior to Evercore he worked at Goldman Sachs International in the Global Natural Resources M&A team.
Saket is a Chemical Engineering graduate from The Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur and has an MBA degree from The University of Chicago, Booth School of Business.
