Sergey Kalugin

Sergey Borisovich Kalugin founded National Telecommunications OJSC in 2009, where he worked as Chief Executive Officer and Aprel OOO in 2009, where he is working as Managing Partner from 2009.
Mr. Kalugin also currently works at RTComm.RU OJSC, as Chairman from 2015, MD Medical Group Investments Plc, as Independent Non-Executive Director from 2022, and WebMediaGroup SAS, as Managing Partner from 2009.
Mr. Kalugin also formerly worked at Rostelecom PJSC, as Chairman-Management Board, President & Director from 2013 to 2017, Giprosvyaz OAO, as Director, National Cable Networks JSC, as General Director from 2001 to 2007, RTR-Signal OJSC, as General Director, and Russia Federal Space Agency, as Member-Supervisory Board.
Mr. Kalugin received his undergraduate degree in 1991 from Moscow State University Lomonosov.
