Lewis has been Senior Vice President of VistaCare, Inc. since May 2002 and General Counsel since November 2001.
From December 1999 to November 2001, he was an Assistant Director, Office of General Services of the Ohio Department of Insurance.
From August 1993 to June 1999, Mr. Lewis was Vice President of Development and General Counsel for Karrington Health, Inc. From August 1986 to December 1992, he was Vice President and General Counsel of VOCA Corporation.
From November 1974 to August 1986, Mr. Lewis was a practicing attorney with the law firm of Topper, Alloway, Goodman, DeLeone & Duffy.
