Theodore K. Smith

Mr. Smith joined Delaware Investment Advisers in November of 2006.
From 2002 to 2005, he was vice president, head of Managed Accounts for Delaware Investments.
Previously, he spent two years as head of business development at the technology company FOLIO fn, one year in Moscow, Russia, as a director for the European Privatization and Investment Corporation, and five years split between Moscow and Washington, D.C.
as a corporate attorney specializing in mergers, acquisitions, and venture finance for the firm of Latham & Watkins.
Mr. Smith received his bachelors degree in economics from Duke University, cum laude, and he earned his juris doctor from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law, cum laude.
He is a member of the Money Management Institute and an inactive member of the New York Bar.
