Ardavan Moshiri

Ardavan Farhad Moshiri is currently the Chairman of Lebedinsky Mining & Processing Plant OJSC.
He is also a Director at Gallagher Holdings Ltd., Wolff Steel Ltd, Everton Football Club Co. Ltd., Epion Holdings Ltd., 56 Randolph Avenue Ltd., Tercelet Terrace Management Ltd., Cortland Trading Ltd., Uralskaya Stal JSC, Usm Steel & Mining Group Ltd., and Metalloinvest Trading AG.
In the past, Mr. Moshiri served as the Chief Executive Officer of GNE Group Ltd. from 1998 to 2006 and Europe Steel Plc from 2000 to 2008.
He was also the Chairman of Metalloinvest Management Co. LLC, Oskol Electrometallurgical Plant JSC, and Union Square Music Holdings Ltd. Additionally, he held the position of Chairman at Metalloinvest Holding Co. JSC from 2011 to 2013.
Mr. Moshiri has also worked as an Independent Non-Executive Director at MMC Norilsk Nickel PJSC from 2011 to 2012 and as a Non-Executive Director at Strike Resources Ltd. (Australia) from 2008 to 2011.
