Barings manages portfolios of public equity securities and equity-related securities of issuers of all sizes. The firm has teams focused on three alternative investment sectors: Real Estate, Private Equity & Real Assets, and Funds & Co-Investments.

Westfield utilizes an in-depth, fundamental research process, managing domestic growth equity products across the market capitalization spectrum to service their clients' diverse investment needs. The firm favors investing in earnings growth stocks given their conviction that stock prices follow earnings progress and that they offer the best opportunity for superior real rates of return. As a fundamental, bottom-up manager, macro-economic forecasts do not drive their stock selection process but do help to shape their investment themes.
