Elizabeth Chess

Elizabeth Blanchard Chess is currently the Director at the Museum of Ventura County, the Director at the California State University Channel Islands Foundation, and the Director at the Ventura Music Festival.
She previously served as an Independent Director at Limoneira Co. from 2016 to 2024, as the Executive Director at New West Symphony from 1987 to 2002, and as the Executive Director at Burnon, Inc. in 2003 and 2004.
Ms. Chess obtained undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Southern California.
