The RiverOak Realty Funds take a balanced approach to maximizing risk-adjusted returns and long-term capital appreciation. The average holding time for investment assets is 3 to 5 years. Historically, the Funds have invested primarily in smaller properties (less than $25 million) and in complex situations requiring significant asset management experience where operating results and cash flow can be improved.
