Mr. Nicholas E.
Copeman is a Portfolio Manager at GLG Partners LP.
He joined GLG’s European and Global Long- Short strategies in October 2012 and is responsible for broadening the investments in the Upstream E&P space within the global energy product whilst also providing input into the Upstream energy-related investments across GLG’s existing strategies.
Before joining GLG, Mr. Copeman previously ran the UK Oil and Gas team at Oriel Securities.
Prior to joining Oriel Securities, he was a consultant to the Upstream Oil and Gas sector, where he worked for a number of clients including BP, Shell and Petrobras.
He started his career at Schlumberger where he held various technical and management roles.
Mr. Copeman received a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cambridge.
