Vincent Amatulli

Vincent Amatulli serves as Senior Managing Director and Chief Technology and Operations Officer at FS Investments.
In this role, he oversees Operations and Information Technology for the firm.
Mr. Amatulli is a seasoned financial services industry and technology executive with a strong background in software development, infrastructure and operations.
Most recently, he served as Chief Technology Officer at Broadridge Financial Solutions’ Global Technology and Operations division, where he was responsible for modernizing and innovating the firm’s technology platforms and integrating acquisitions.
He began his career as a Programmer Analyst at Goldman Sachs and spent nearly three decades with the firm, ultimately holding the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Information & Operations Officer for Ayco, a Goldman Sachs company.
Mr. Amatulli earned a BS in Computer Science at Marist College and an MBA in International Business from the Lubin School of Business at Pace University.
Mr. Amatulli is a member of The Franklin Institute’s Board of Trustees and the Marist College School of Computer Science and Mathematics Advisory Board.
He also serves as an EMT with the Glen Rock Volunteer Ambulance Corps.
