William Torres

William T.
Torres was the founder of Mosaic Communications, Inc. founded in 1994 where he held the title of President until 2008.
Currently, he holds the position of Vice Chairman at MFI Polytechnic Institute, Inc. and Independent Director at Now Corp.
(Philippines) since 2021.
He is also a Member of the National Academy of Science Technology Philippines, Trustee of the Asian Institute of Journalism & Communication, and Member of the Philippine Electronics & Telecommunications Federation.
Dr. Torres's former positions include Managing Director at National Computer Center, Trustee at Mapua Institute of Technology from 2002 to 2010, Senior Vice President-Operations at Development Academy of the Philippines, and Head-Information Technology at National Steel Corp (Philippines).
Dr. Torres's education history includes a graduate and doctorate degree from the University of Wisconsin and an undergraduate degree from Mapua Institute of Technology.
