Christopher Kinslow

Mr. Christopher Kinslow is a Senior Managing Director at Focus Capital and is responsible for the Industrials Investment Banking practice.
He brings 25 years of banking experience to the Firm and spent the previous 20 years at Deutsche Bank as a senior investment banker in its Global Investment Bank.
At Deutsche Bank, he was responsible for the global coverage of capital goods manufacturers, equipment rental companies and diversified industrial corporations.
His areas of expertise include mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, IPOs, equity and debt capital markets, and cross border transactions.
He also has extensive experience working with private companies and with corporate boards of directors.
Mr. Kinslow serves on the Board of Directors of NES Rentals Holdings Inc., one of the largest participants in the highly fragmented, $35 billion U.S.
equipment rental industry and is an Adjunct Professor at Rutgers University’s Graduate School of Business and Seton Hall University’s Stillman School of Business in New Jersey.
His teaching responsibilities include Investment Banking, Advanced Corporate Finance and Business Finance and he has been interviewed on banking topics and has appeared on Fox News and other local media in New Jersey.
Mr. Kinslow earned his Bachelor’s Degree in 1985 from St. Bonaventure University and in 1994 completed the Executive MBA Program at Columbia University.
He remains very active at St. Bonaventure where he serves as a member of the Business School’s Advisory Board, is Chairman of the Advisory Board for Students in Money Management and has been a guest lecturer on many occasions.
In 1985, Mr. Kinslow began his career as a Bank Examiner at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and was an instructor at the Federal Reserve System Schools in Washington, DC.
