John P. Truehart

John joined Hudson Ventures as their Chief Financial Officer in 2006.
Prior to joining Hudson Ventures, John was the Controller for Charterhouse Group, Inc., a private equity firm located in Manhattan, for eight years, where he was responsible for all aspects of fund accounting.
Between 1994 and 1998, John was employed as a Manager in the partnership accounting area of Alliance Capital Management Corporation.
John is a CPA licensed in New York.
He earned his BS in Accounting from The State University College of Arts and Sciences at Geneseo, New York.
John lives in New York City.
