Nick Martitsch

Mr. Nick Martitsch is an Associate General Counsel at Hercules Technology Growth Capital.
He has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry as both an attorney and operating executive.
Previously, Mr. Martitsch worked in the fields of mergers and acquisitions and asset-based finance with Goldman Sachs & Co. and CIT, and in venture lending and leasing with Silicon Valley Bank.
Martitsch also has experience in private law practice with Brown & Wood (now Sidley Austin LLP) and Jackson Tufts Cole & Black LLP, focusing on secured transactions, equipment leasing and securitizations.
In addition, Martitsch was general counsel of Dell Financial Services LP as part of the founding management team of that vendor-finance joint venture between Dell Computer Corporation and CIT.
Mr. Martitsch holds a BA in Philosophy from Princeton University and a JD from Washington and Lee University School of Law.
